PACKAGING

All pieces come packaged in a handmade canvas pouch with leather ties. 

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Express post shipping within Australia, $15 flat rate.

Worldwide orders are sent with DHL Express, $25 flat rate.

Delivery can be anticipated at around 3 to 5 business days from date of shipment.  As each item is individually hand-crafted, please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be processed and created.  Please take this timing into consideration when placing your order.  If your order is time sensitive, please email us to discuss expedited shipping options.

 

CUSTOMISATION

Requests for special orders are welcome.   

 

PRICING

All our pricing and freight charges are quoted in $AUD.

We accept all major credit cards and use Shopify Payment which is a safe and secure way to pay for your order.

 

RETURNS | EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange your purchase for another product, please contact us within 14 days of purchase.  Items should be returned new, unused, and with tags still attached. You are liable for the product until it arrives at our studio. 

Cost of return, International customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for any shipments.

  

FAULTY ITEMS

We will either assess the fault from your email or may request the item to be returned to us for assessment.

Should the fault be found to be with The Rum Club we will either repair, replace or refund you for the item as well as the return postage incurred.

 

PRIVACY

The Rum Club is totally committed to protecting the privacy of our site visitors and customers.  We fully appreciate the importance of having our own privacy protected on the internet and we respect your right to the same privacy.   We will not disclose information about our customers to third parties except where it is part of providing a service to you – e.g. arranging for a product to be sent to you, carrying out credit and other security checks and for the purposes of customer research and profiling.
